Chief of Staff collects the minimum data required to operate: your email address, OAuth tokens for connected services, and email metadata needed for triage. We do not sell your data to third parties.
Your data is used exclusively to power the features you enable: email triage, task extraction, daily briefs, and connected integrations. AI analysis happens server-side and results are stored only in your account.
Data is stored on encrypted infrastructure hosted on Microsoft Azure. OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest. You may delete your account and all associated data at any time from the Settings page.
We integrate with Google (Gmail, Calendar), Microsoft (Outlook, To Do), Notion, and GitHub via their official OAuth APIs. Each integration requests only the scopes necessary for the features you use. We also use Anthropic's Claude API for AI analysis — your email content is sent to Anthropic for processing but is not used to train their models.
